[chirp_users] Unable to reach Danplanet

It isn’t just you. I couldn’t reach it yesterday either, so I went to one
of the sites on the web that checks to see if a web site is up or down - I
think I used isiitdownrightnow.com <http://ititdownrightnow.com> - and it
reported that the site was offline.

My guess, completely unconfirmed and only Dan could tell us for sure, is
that it got caught in that big Dyn DNS DD0S attack yesterday.

And as of 1800Z 10/22/2016 the site is back up again.
