[chirp_users] PPA for Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety)

How do you force Yakkety to use the Xenial repo?
When I did "sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dansmith/chirp-snapshots"
it added the Yakkety repo which doesn't exist yet.
