[chirp_users] retevis rt-5rv

I have used Chirp with Baofeng and BTech radios. I may have the occasion 
to program some retevis rt-5rv radios. They look quite similar to the 
retevis rt-5r (with just the addition of a chrome screen over the 
speaker), and appear to be like the Baofeng UV-5r radios.

I assume that they are part of the same family as the Baofeng 5 series 
radios. Chirp does have an entry for the retevis rt-5r, but not for the 
retevis rt-5rV variant. I expect that they are functionally the same 
(for programming basic functionality e.g. channels, channel names etc.), 
but can anybody confirm that they can be programmed with the 5R selected?
