I set out to write:

  Heck no, it's perfect!

But alas, it is not so :)

There was a connectivity issue between the build system and the cloud
node that the windows instance booted on right around the time the build
was being generated. Thus, the linux one completed but the windows one
did not. That means the PPA got updated but it never uploaded the
conventional build files.

I applied something of Jim's today so the build tonight should go and
freshen the latest, which will get us sync'd back up.
