[chirp_users] Boafeng UV-5RV2+ unable to download

I'm not using their software, trying with Chirp.
I enabled the developer functions when it would ready only channel 5 and 
6 and on the developer tab I could see all the channels listed there but 
only 5 and 6 would display on the normal pane.

Using the daily 2016-05-07 the radio just reboots
