[chirp_users] New variant of the QYT KT-8900 identified.

Hi to all,

A user had submitted a serial port log for one of his radios, see here:

 From the logs I can tell (99.9999% confidence) that it's a kind of 
clone of the Waccom Mini-8900, see here:

http://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/3597#note-5

Looking it I found a few peculiarities:

  * This is the _first variant_ of the _*SAME*__radio model_ that has a
    different communication protocol from the former model. In the past
    variants of the same radio model has changed just the internal ID
    but had keep the magic and comm protocol, but no more...

I will look to the recent feature added by Dan about radio aliases to 
see how we can handle this in the less traumatic way for the users.
