[chirp_users] Yaesu 897 sending to computer

I am having a problem with down loading from the radio to computer. I keep
getting an error saying " Failed to communicate with radio: Unable to read
block 01 expected 84 got 0" 

Can anyone give me some advice? I am using the CAT cable have also tried the
RT Systems CAT cable and get the same message. Is there and unlock code I am
over looking?
