[chirp_users] dumbest question - how to launch CHIRP?

Long answer:

Double click "My Computer", then expand "OS (C)" (or substitute the drive
letter for whichever drive is your boot drive if not "C:"), then expand
"Program Files (x86)", then click "CHIRP", then right click and hold
"chirpw.exe", drag it to the desktop, release the right mouse button and
left click "Create shortcuts here"
