[chirp_users] dumbest question - how to launch CHIRP?

I downloaded current version for Windows and ran the installer. I see CHIRP
folder on my desktop, but when I go in, I don't see any application or
executable file (except Uninstall and w9xpopen, neither of which
launch/start CHIRP). I'm not computer illiterate for heaven's sake but feel
like an idiot not seeing what to click to start CHIRP. Thx folks for
getting this noobie off the ground!
