[chirp_users] Newbie questions - export/import in CSV

Hi there,
So, got the UV-5RHP, and I hear everyone laughing, what diff do these letters at the end, anyways, it seems to be true 3-power with original UV-5R body:

Now, is there a way in chirp to:
1) change ALL channels to LOW or HIGH/MED ? it seems very tedious to do one by one, and even if you do, next import from CSV overwrites all values to high it seems.

2) In CSV format power field does not appear to be present, is there a way to export/import POWER field?
3) In CSV there are 4 extra fields compared to software, what are they used for?
