[chirp_users] baofeng cable

I think what the OP is concerned with is those that purchased an FTDI cable
in good faith that turns out to have a fake FTDI chip in it. Recent FTDI
drivers disable these fake cablex. He's asking for a way to cancel out the
change made to the cable so it's usable again.
