[chirp_users] Kenwood TK-260G

Hi James,

I'm the Chirp's developer for that radio, you need a kenwood cable and 
Chirp will do it, drop me a email if you found any trouble.

I had a TK-260G for a short frame of time to test, I would like to debug 
it with your help.
