[chirp_users] UV-5x3

The Radio did not Respond message appears if you are trying to Download a BTech 5X3 while selecting Baofeng from the CHIRP menu.
You need to select BTech from the selection list. The cases are the same, but the internals are not.
Is this possibly the issue?

I can chirp download with my uv5r and Uv82x but I can not get the uv-5x3 to download...

Same comuter program and cable....but the uv5x3 will not work,any ideas?
