[chirp_users] Unable to read UV-2501

[Glenn]

Does this radio have at least as much voice output as the Baofeng UV 5R?
I have been looking for reviews on it and I have found no such references, 
and the YouTube programming video had no voice output, but the guy may have 
turned that  feature off.
