[chirp_users] Error loading FTDI cable

I think you're doing something wrong.  Can you tell us EXACTLY what you 
downloaded, what executable you're trying to run, etc.    The error 
you're getting is an operating system type error saying you don't have 
enough memory to run whatever you told it to run.   How much RAM do you 
have installed in your computer?
