Make sure you upload to your computer the target radio file, modify, then download to the radio. That way you have the correct firmware file saved.

Thank you...I now remember that was how it was done the first time. But for
form reason it did not work this time. I will give it another try tonight.
Even with the BF-F8HP it took a couple tries before it synced up
