[chirp_users] UV82 problem

- Make sure the radio is turned on
- Have the radio tuned to a clear frequency with the volume down.

Hello everyone,

I have problem with uploading to UV82 from chirp. I downloaded list from radi with no problem,

but when i try to upload the green line stucked allways in the first quarter.

Does anyone have any idea?
