[chirp_users] Jetstream 270M

I've never used CHIRP and I am very confused. I just purchased a JT270M and
can read from radio to CHIRP, but not write CHIRP to the radio. Jetstream
advised me that CHIRP and the 270M will not work with WIN 10. I will not
get into the quality of support from them in this section.

I do have a machine with WIN7 on it and I get the same issue. I did get the
VV898 software to load the 270 M ( 1 test freq)but with errors (No ALPHA
Tag). Jetstream suggested a different prolific driver, but as of yet,
nothing has been offered to me from them to use. I am fair with computers,
and I wish to determine the following:

1) Which OS to use

2) Which driver do I use for the prolific driver (USB w/chipset)

3) Any other suggestions that you may have.
