[chirp_users] IC-92AD Download - too many memories

Have to check, not running any version in Windows. I'm running the Windows version in Wine as Windows 8.1 is a pain at the moment.

Are you running the same daily build of CHIRP in both operating
systems? The latest is CHIRP daily-20151023.
