[chirp_users] Adding freqs.

I am trying to program a UV 82l. I have the first 16 channels already taken
care of. In the next 22 channels I want to put in the GMRS and FRS
frequencies. I want to be able to put all of them in at once without having
to do them one at a time. Can someone tell me how to do that please. any
help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
