I just download both Windows versions and the Linux version of the
daily build twice.

One each from the http://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_daily/LATEST/ folder
One each from the
http://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_daily/daily-20150502/ folder

Then I downloaded the equivalent stable builds from the
http://chirp.danplanet.com/projects/chirp/wiki/Download download page.

This new build installed here with no issues.

It may be you were attempting the download at the same time the system
was making today's new build available. You may want to go back and
try again.
