[chirp_users] UV5R, HN5RV01 no RX audio

[Bill Kasper]

Let the HN5R set in the charger for an hour,
then activated the 'hold zero' for several seconds
to display the battery voltage.  Audio Started working,
Power On Self Test and receiving Audio OK now.
go figure ???
