I do know that I had a discussion with someone that said that he
successfully installed the Prolific v3.2.0.0 driver in the Windows 10
public beta OS to use with programming cables that have an
unauthorized copy of the Prolific Serial-to-TTL chip in them. I
believe that this person was using CHIRP but I don't remember for
sure.
