[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R and settings/squelch_levels

Back on the REAL issue with the subject...

beside the hijack of the thread for other subjects...

I have modified the 4 lower settings of squelch level (0 to 3) but no 
sensitivity or SQL change as I was waiting for.

But, when in FM radio and the SQL is trip by a ham signal... the time 
taken to return from the carrier drop to the FM radio is shorter...

So I suspect that one of this values has to do with the timeout on the 
FM radio when SQL is trip.

More investigation/experimentation on the way...
