[chirp_users] Bug #2155 - Uv-5r not receiving but will transmitt

Did you go to the suggested page, follow the procedure and fix the problem?

Just make sure you do not get the old version of CHIRP confused with the
latest daily build.

Unfortunately Baofeng changed firmware and did not make it backwards
compatable.
