First, it is isn't that way already, click View and enable "Hide Unused Fields"

Assuming that the repeater requires a tone and transmits the same tone
back, what you want is...

Frequency = 464.150000
Tone Mode = TSQL
Tone = {blank}
ToneSql = 179.9
Cross Mode = {blank}
Duplex = +
Offset = 5.000000
