[chirp_users] Icom 92AD Read issue?

I'm using the current daily build for OSX and the memory of the 92AD is 
reading fine but it's not reading any of the DSTAR information in the 
DSTAR tab. It looks to me like it's hanging on the getting bank 
information as that is the status message "[0] Getting Bank 
Information". Both band A and Band B memories are loading fine. It's 
everything else that is failing.

I'm using the PL chip because when I use the FTDI chip, chirp is unable 
to read anything it just gets errors for every location. Does Chirp need 
more than just TX,RX,GND connected on the FTDI?
