Tom…..!  You don’t seriously expect email/list rookies to be able to find the headers do you?  It’s more about what works for apparent email list novices and finding and reading headers isn’t going to be it.  They are clearly going to need more spoon feeding than that.  I think that’s an awkward technicality up which to take a stance.
