[chirp_users] Private line problems

That's normal.
On the menu bar select View/Hide Unused Fields and you won't see them 
unless you have PL or DCS enabled on a channel.

> When I bring up CHIRP for my BAOFENG UV-B5, all of the tone pls shoe 88.5, and all the digitals show 023 (both are the lowest tone digits). All of the tone tags are off. I can NOT clear this up, even if I change Rx and Tx tone, one will always go back to it's origonal lowest setting. There seems no way to to clear them all. HELP!
