[chirp_users] Is BF-F9V2+ Supported

Steve,

I you go to the CHIRP home page and look at the Supported Radio Models
List you will see that your radio is supported as a BF-F8HP. Use that
model selection, and only that model selection.

Also make sure you are using a recent CHIRP daily build.
