Verne, Next to 0.4.1 is says not recommended. That version of CHIRP is over a year old.
It was created before that version of your radio was available.

Always use the Latest Daily Build. http://www.miklor.com/COM/UV_CHIRP.php
That should have what you are looking for.
Once you get CHIRP loaded, you'll love it.
