[chirp_users] UV-5R / BF-F8+

I am still having issues with programming my BF-F8+.
I am having trouble getting CTCSS to program and stay properly. Settings
are not staying as I program them.

I am trying to set the following:
Tone Mode = Tone
Tone = 141.3
Offset = 6.0000
Duplex = +
Any suggestions? Is there a special sequence in Chirp?
