[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R error message

Good day ..
I have 6 radios "pofung GT" bought.
I bought an original Baofeng cable with an original CD.
But the program for the radio "Pofung GT-1" is not on the CD.

I have the program

(chirp-0.4.1-installer.exe)
downloaded and installed.
Unfortunately, the program does not work.
And the radio is not recognized.
What do I do?
