[chirp_users] Regarding Android (Don't hit me)

I know that the present developers are not working with Andriod as it is
quite a bit of work and changes to the code, but I did see someone or some
comments to the effect that someone maybe picking it up, as a fork or a
separate solution.

I no longer carry a laptop, I use a tablet for all of my travel work, the
only reason I would carry a laptop is to program my radio. But with the
airlines charging for everything now, you have to measure what you carry.

If someone is working on a Android version I would like to see if there is
anyway I can help, more than anything else perhaps doing testing. I have a
IC=92 that I can test on.
