[chirp_users] Base image of settings for an Anytone AT-5888UV

Need some info on downloading and programming the raspberry pi model B+..
got and old program from  pi site and it works great on two of my handhelds
but does not have provisions for the UV5.. Which program and how do you get
it in and running.. There was some discussion a while back and I lost the
email on that one..
