[chirp_users] Unable to save bank information.

After I import the data from an Icom IC-92AD and I want to save all the 
config data I'm having an error.

I'm on the tab "Banks(Band A)" and I do an export, I get the following 
error:

There was an error during export: 'MappingMembershipEditor' object has 
no attribute 'prefill'

I get the same thing for 'DStarEditor'
