[chirp_users] Chirp Powerwerx Question

Brian,

According to the driver code, it should be supported. When attempting a
download using the CHIRP software I have installed here, Powerwerx is
listed as a vendor and DB-750 is listed as a model. Try it and let me know
how it goes. I will update the wiki page.
