[chirp_users] chirp_users Digest, Vol 70, Issue 3

I have a  baofeng UV-5RB radio that I just got... needing help programming
it...with chirp as well as any other programming.  Brand new to HAM, just
got my license, but absolutely no idea how to prrogram one.  Can anyone
help??
