[chirp_users] Radio did not ack programming mode with UV-B5

John,

I've read that article, and it didn't help. I inspected the connection and
it should be inserted correctly. The stock software is able to program it
correctly, so I suspect it is a software issue. That is why I did the
serial port capture.
