[chirp_users] How-to IC-2200H

Are you using the latest version of Chirp? Try the daily build:
http://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_daily/LATEST/
And what operating system are you using?  Look at www.miklor.com for cable
and driver info. Those errors to me
look like driver errors.
