[chirp_users] Additional data source

To CHIRP developers

I would like to propose a new data source to add to Chirp. 

The UK has large number of analogue and digital amateur repeaters. These are managed (for licensing purposes) by an RSGB committee, the ETCC (of which I am the secretary). We maintain a website of all UK repeaters on http://www.ukrepeater.net/ and are interested in providing an additional data source similar to repeaterbook. If you are interested we need a contact to discuss data formats etc.
