[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R Frequency mod

There is a page in Chirp to set the FM broadcast preset to one frequency
but unless what you want to listen to is very wide band, what you 
here won't be intelligible. The setting is on the Settings tab and select
FM Radio Preset. You can only enter 1 preset.

Probably can't as that freq is outside the design of the pass band.   Might try tbe fm section to see if it will rx at that freq  but no tx

Thanks for the advice Jim , but it's not picking up any transmissions on 
Vhf 78.650  so it looks like it won't work
