[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R Frequency mod

My radio says Cancel on the last zero when I try to enter 
100.000 and jumps back to what the VFO was set on prior. 
And it will not allow input of a leading zero. Also it will
allow frequency input keyed in on the bottom band. 
The radio is a Baofeng F-11, just a re-badged UV5R with its
own firmware.

Your right, when I saw that, I put 
mine in VFO & pressed Zero, nothing.
