[chirp_users] Problem with connecting to Radio BaoFeng UV-B5

Find out which pins are TX and RX.  Connect them together and run a
terminal program (I like CoolTerm: http://freeware.the-meiers.org/#CoolTerm).
 Set the port for no handshake.  Anything you type should be echoed back.
 That will at least confirm the cable is functioning.  There have been
reports of fake Prolific chips, especially in cables sourced in China.
