[chirp_users] CHIRP and IC-7000

I have an IC-7000, but I haven’t had a chance to drag the laptop to the car. I did have
issues with an IC-91A that was similar to that. Try downloading the latest build and see if 
that works for your radio.

In the meantime, I’ll see if I get a chance to try it out myself. You did not mention which
cable and OS you were using, so I can’t help with that part yet.
