[chirp_users] Kenwood TM -281 Chirp not reading from radio.

i have tried to install on a windows 7 machine and i get "Error opening for right"

I have turned off virus protection no change

You've sent this mail to the list three times. Once is plenty.
 
The kenwood driver in chirp probes for the baud rate, so, no, it should
be fine.
