Chirp just uses the getZipcodeInfo() function in the Radio Reference
API (http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/RadioReference.com_Web_Service3.1#Method:_getZipCodeInfo).
As far as I can tell, they don't indicate what the behavior should be
if a Canadian postal code is entered here, so I can't tell you what to
expect. I don't see any recommendations in their documentation for how
to handle Canadians (but I didn't look very hard).
