[chirp_users] UV-82 Support for MAC OSX

You all do know that Chirp will import an img file from
another brand radio? Or between different models of
the same manufacturer. I didn't read much of this topic's
thread except in this message. The import direct without
using a CVS file works well with the need for an additional
tweaking of cells in the channel rows. Just wanted to be sure
that this was known to all involved. I've shared the img file
between 4 different radio manufacturers with a minimal amount
of effort. Now have 5 handy talkies and 3 mobiles with the same
channels and settings.
