[chirp_users] IC92AD issues

I have used the 1797 in the past with a RTsystems cable to program the IC-92AD with the RTSystems software. I was never able to get it to program with the RTSystems cable using chirp even with some of the fixes posted on this mailing list. The problem with the 1799 cable is that it uses a rs232 connector and I don't have a computer with the connection on it. I have since bought a cable with a FTDI chip in it but I am still not able to program it with Chirp. Looks like I may have to go back to using RTsystems software if I can't figure out why the software and radio aren't able to communicate.
