If your mail client will allow you to view the hidden headers, this one also explains how to unsubscribe via email:
List-Unsubscribe: <http://intrepid.danplanet.com/mailman/listinfo/chirp_users>, <mailto:chirp_users-request at intrepid.danplanet.com?subject=unsubscribe>
In other words, send a message to chirp-users-request at intrepid.danplanet.com, with a subject of "unsubscribe".
